17 Apr USA GMP factory project in 2018 from zero to one
Machines in the project: a fully automated production line, including a mixing machine, coating machine, blister packaging machine line, pill press machine, filling machine, counting & packing line, etc.
In 2018, an existing Pharmaland supplement client wanted to start supplement production in the USA.
It was an exciting project that required considerable attention and careful planning to design and install.
Pharmaland began by collecting the base demands for the production range and desired capacity, and considered the factory area and layout, as well as the power supply, air source, etc.
After thoughtful consideration, we designed a fully automated production line, including the components mentioned above. It took less than a year from the initial design to actual factory production.
We are pleased to see this customer’s business is steadily improving, while the production scale continues to expand.
