Vacuum Loading Machine

ZKSL series vacuum conveyer is specially designed for granular material, utlilzing positive air pressure as its driving force. Uses the partial negative pressure produced by the vacuum generator to convey the material to the working joint. Operates intermittently to finally effect the transfer of material.

Granular material with a diameter more than 0.22μmm can be conveyed. A special structure keeps powder and granular layered phenomena from contaminating. A reserve jet clears the filter when the machine is operating, which guarantees that the equipment will run stably, The discharging point does not need to be sealed or be pressurized.

The machine operates simply without dead angle. It is made of stainless steel, which has no reaction with the material and is erosion resistant.

The machine can be installed and dismantled and cleaned easily, complying with the GMP regulation.

The use of this machine can greatly reduce the loss of material in the transfer process due to contamination, improving productivity.

What are the main differences between the downhill tablet de-duster and the uphill tablet de-duster?
